Originally licensed in 2006 in Pennsylvania, Dominic Janidas entered the real estate industry as a general residential practitioner. Since stepping into the business full-time in 2014, he has worked in numerous facets of the industry, trying to gain as much knowledge as possible to provide his clients with the most unique, professional, and enjoyable experience from start to close.
He has worked with many different types of buyers and sellers, including first-time home buyers, up-and down-sizers, second-home owners, and first-time investors. As time went on, he found a knack for working in the commercial realm as well.
Over the years, Dominic has closed several commercial transactions, including land development and assemblages, gas stations and train repair facilities, warehouses, apartment buildings, bars/restaurants, mixed-use residential/commercial properties, investment portfolios, and office buildings and retail outlets.
